We want all of our customers to be pleased with their purchases, If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt.
Please Returned back to their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags.
The returned item must be in re-sellable condition. Please make sure the item is not worn/damaged as we only accept unworn items in their original condition.
If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available.
Items such as socks, insoles and sprays are not returnable if the packaging has been damaged or the item has been used, for hygiene reasons.
Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging.
If you want to replace your item for a different style, your payment will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for the replacement pair.
We offer free return for 4Feetshoes Account Holders or £2.99 if you don't have an account and will be deducted from your refund.
